Preamble

EIGD protects the privacy of internet users visiting its Site in its capacity as data controller within the meaning of the amended French law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (hereinafter the "Data Protection Act") and the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR") of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016.

Purposes of Personal Data Processing

The processing of Personal Data carried out by EIGD through the Website has the following specific purposes (hereinafter the “Purposes”):

Other information is optional and allows us to get to know you better and improve our communications and services to you. The information collected by EIGD includes your last name, first name, postal address, email address, and telephone number.

Retention period for Personal Data

Thus, your Personal Data:

electronic identification data: is retained for thirteen (13) months from the date of collection;
cookie data is retained for a period of thirteen (13) months from the date of collection;
electronic identification data: is retained for thirteen (13) months from the date of collection;

relating to cookies are kept for a period of thirteen (13) months from the date of collection;

BUSINESS INFORMATION: period of thirteen (13) months

HUMAN RESOURCES: period of thirteen (13) months

QUOTATIONS: period of thirteen (13) months

COMPLAINTS: thirteen (13) months

The Personal Data collected is deleted following the occurrence of one of the following events:

expiry of the retention period;
exercise of your right to erasure in accordance with the regulations in force and the terms specified in the section “Your rights of access to your collected data” of this Privacy Policy;
deletion of the Site by EIGD for any reason whatsoever.

Recipients of Personal Data

In order to ensure the proper functioning of the Site and in accordance with the Purposes, Personal Data may be transmitted to:

Business partners;

  • relevant departments and/or divisions of EIGD;
  • departments and/or divisions of a company in the EIFFAGE group to which EIGD belongs;
  • departments and/or divisions of an EIGD establishment or agency.

Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data

 EIGD will only disclose Your Personal Data to a third party in the following cases:

EIGD receives a request from a judicial authority or any administrative authority empowered by law to disclose this information in accordance with the provisions of the law in force.

Safety measures

EIGD makes every effort to protect Your Personal Data against damage, loss, misappropriation, intrusion, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, and has an IT security policy describing the security measures and rules applicable in accordance with ANSSI recommendations and ISO 27001 standards.

Physical and electronic backup procedures for Personal Data collected on the Site are implemented in accordance with current French legislation on the protection of Personal Data.

EIGD employees who, due to their position, have access to Your Personal Data undertake to maintain the utmost confidentiality in this regard.

However, EIGD does not control all risks related to the functioning of the Internet and draws your attention to the existence of possible risks in terms of occasional data loss or breaches of confidentiality of data transiting via the Internet. The information provided on the Site may be interrupted in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond EIGD's control or events for which EIGD is not responsible.

Use of data in the event of a change of control of the company

Personal Data Policy relating to minors

The Site is not intended for minors. However, access to the Site is not restricted to adults, as it does not contain any content prohibited to minors under the age of eighteen (18).

The forms and questionnaires on the Website are not intended to collect information about minors. Liability

As such, you are and remain responsible for any breach of this Privacy Policy, including the confidentiality of your Site identification data and any unauthorized use of the Site.

Privacy Policy Update

EIGD may modify the Privacy Policy. These updates will be made without notice and posted online.

The previous Privacy Policy will then be automatically terminated and replaced by the new version, which will be immediately enforceable against all Users. Use of the Site is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of use.

Completeness

In the event that any provision of this Privacy Policy is found to be invalid, particularly due to a change in legislation or a court decision, this shall in no way affect the validity and compliance with the other provisions of this Privacy Policy.

Applicable law and competent courts

This Privacy Policy is governed by French law.

IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE VALIDITY, PERFORMANCE OR INTERPRETATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY, EXPRESS JURISDICTION IS ASSIGNED NOTWITHSTANDING MULTIPLE DEFENDANTS, THIRD-PARTY PROCEEDINGS, EVEN FOR EMERGENCY PROCEEDINGS OR CONSERVATIVE PROCEEDINGS IN SUMMARY PROCEEDINGS OR BY MOTION, to the competent French court.

IN CASES WHERE A RULE OF PUBLIC POLICY UNDER FRENCH LAW ASSIGNS EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION TO ANOTHER COURT, IN WHICH CASE THE COMPETENT COURT SHALL BE THE ONE SO DESIGNATED.
