Diversity, inclusionand equal opportunities

At Eiffage Génie Civil, diversity is wealth!

We take concrete action to combat all forms of discrimination and give everyone with the same skills and professional experience the same opportunities to enter our different professions and build a stimulating and diversified career path together.

Prejudice is a thing of the past

We are all concerned, we all have a role to play.

Because we are convinced that the inclusion of people with disabilities must become an even more integral part of our organizations, and because diversity within the company is a real asset, we have launched our “Prejudice is out” campaign.

We have put in place an ambitious action plan to keep our employees in employment by adapting their workstations and developing their skills.

In addition, to help create an inclusive working environment for people with disabilities, we offer training courses for managers and organize awareness-raising events for all employees throughout the year.

Let's change the way we look at disability!

Talent has no gender

Promoting equality and gender diversity in the workplace

The construction industry is attracting more and more women, and we are keen to encourage this dynamic. Through the “Elles Bougent”, “Capital Filles” and “Les SouterReines” associations, Eiffage's female mentors and intermediaries share their experiences and passions with secondary school students. We also organize visits to our worksites to share the reality of our day-to-day work and, we hope, inspire vocations.

In a professional environment that is still very male-dominated, we are carrying out a number of concrete actions to reach our target of 25% women in management positions within our operations.

The “Talent has no gender” campaign has been launched to promote our female professions to our various stakeholders.

Passing on skills

Supporting seniors in their careers

At Eiffage Génie Civil, the expertise of our senior employees is a precious asset that we are committed to valuing and passing on. Our policy of supporting senior employees is based on two main principles: passing on knowledge and preparing for retirement.

Our experienced employees share their technical expertise and knowledge of the field with new generations, thus guaranteeing the continuity of our know-how.

To ease the transition to retirement, we offer tailor-made solutions, including flexible working hours, mentoring assignments, specific training and personalized support.
