At Eiffage Métal, we have developed a comprehensive system to provide effective support for work-study programs and internships. Both tutors and trainees benefit from specific support. All our tutors are trained in the tutoring function, so as to meet the needs of work-study students as effectively as possible.
In addition, we have put in place an apprenticeship policy designed to support work-study students and trainees at every key stage of their career: integration mornings, quarterly follow-up meetings, mid-course mornings, liaison booklets, meetings to review professional projects, etc.

Each trainee is accompanied by a tutor, in accordance with an internship agreement signed by all parties concerned: representatives of the school and the company, the tutor and the trainee.

Am I supported during my work-study or internship?
Each student is supervised by a tutor, and monitored by an employment coordinator. Eiffage Métal has long been convinced of the benefits of tutoring, and has many tutors in its ranks.
Experienced and trained, they choose to invest in their role.
They contribute to the transmission of the company's know-how and interpersonal skills. They also ensure that new recruits integrate smoothly into the company's teams.
